The Role We’re looking for a solutions-oriented Client Lead with a strong project management backbone to drive the delivery of complex, fast-moving content and social programs for a Formula 1 team. You’ll be the day-to-day owner of client delivery, keeping teams aligned, scopes controlled, risks managed, and output consistently high-quality across multiple workstreams. This is a high-tempo role built for someone who can keep multiple workstreams on track across the F1 calendar: always-on content, race-weekend coverage, partner deliverables, and performance reporting. You’ll bring calm control in a fast-moving environment—balancing stakeholder needs, creative ambition, and operational reality. What you’ll own You’ll operate across three core areas: Client leadership: own the relationship cadence, lead status and steering meetings, and turn objectives into action. Program & project management: run the plan across the season and each race week (run-of-show, dependencies, resourcing, risks). Delivery excellence: protect the brief, manage change, and ensure outputs are on-brand, platform-native, and performance-minded.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience leading client delivery and managing complex projects in an agency, content studio, social, or marketing environment.
  • Proven ability to run multiple workstreams end-to-end (planning → production → approvals → publishing → reporting).
  • Strong stakeholder management: confident leading senior conversations, securing decisions, and handling feedback loops.
  • Excellent operational discipline: comfortable building plans, tracking details, and keeping teams accountable under tight deadlines.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, live environments (sport, events, news, entertainment) with shifting priorities.
  • Strong proficiency with project tools and docs (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; project tracking tools a plus).

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience in Formula 1, motorsport, or premium live sport content environments.
  • Familiarity with social platform best practices and publishing workflows (Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, etc.).
  • Understanding of content production workflows (pre-production through post) and how to manage creative feedback effectively.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (helpful for coordination and review).
  • Experience with performance reporting and insight-led optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Client leadership & stakeholder management Act as the day-to-day lead for the F1 client - driving clarity, alignment, and decisions across team, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Turn seasonal objectives into a delivery roadmap (campaigns, content pillars, partner obligations, analytics/reporting cadence).
  • Own meeting cadence (weekly/bi-weekly), action logs, and decision capture; keep everyone aligned as priorities shift during the season.
  • Manage expectations under pressure: communicate trade-offs, secure approvals, and keep momentum when timelines compress.
  • Race-weekend project management (core of the role) Lead race-week delivery planning: pre-event briefs, run-of-show, publishing plans, asset lists, shot lists, and approval pathways.
  • Coordinate live coverage workflows across time zones, ensuring rapid-turn content moves smoothly from capture → edit → approval → publish.
  • Maintain a clear view of dependencies (travel, access, embargoes, partner sign-off, talent availability) and unblock issues early.
  • Track scope, manage change requests, and keep delivery within agreed timelines and budget—escalating risks early and proposing solutions.
  • Cross-functional coordination Lead a multi-disciplinary team (creatives, producers, editors, channel managers, strategists, analysts) to deliver against the plan.
  • Partner with creative leadership to ensure concepts are feasible within race-week constraints and still deliver standout moments.
  • Set quality gates and review checkpoints so work is accurate, compliant, and on-brand before it hits the grid (publishing).
  • Performance & continuous improvement Own delivery reporting cadence: what shipped, what performed, what we learned, and what changes next race.
  • Improve ways of working over the season—templates, playbooks, approval processes, and tooling—to increase speed, consistency, and quality.
  • Contribute to growth by spotting opportunities (new formats, partner activations, improved workflows) and turning them into proposals.
  • Team leadership Coach and support teammates to build consistent delivery habits, strong client service, and resilient race-week execution.
  • Create an environment where the team can move fast without burning out—clear priorities, clean processes, and smart resourcing.
