About The Position

The Strategic Solutions Project Manager plays a critical role in onboarding our Treasury Management clients to a suite of complex Payables products. This position ensures a smooth and timely implementation for the client by managing project plans, coordinating stakeholders, and proactively addressing issues. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator and organizer who thrives in a client-facing, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
• Typically eight to ten years of related experience in project management.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external clients, and third-party partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding of clients to our Treasury Management Payables products.
• Facilitate weekly status calls with clients and internal/external stakeholders.
• Create, manage, and update project plans, agendas, and meeting minutes.
• Coordinate across internal departments, external clients, and third-party vendors to ensure project milestones are achieved on schedule.
• Escalate potential obstacles and communicate project status clearly and effectively.
• Champion project management best practices to drive efficient onboarding experiences.
