Job Description The Treasury Management Project Manager plays a critical role in onboarding Payables products for new and existing clients as part of our Strategic Solutions group. This position ensures smooth and timely implementation by managing project plans, coordinating stakeholders, and proactively addressing issues. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator and organizer who thrives in a client-facing, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Typically eight to 10 years of related experience

  • Strong knowledge of Treasury Management products and customer use cases.
  • Proven project management and leadership capabilities.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external clients, and third-party partners.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other project management tools.

Responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding of Treasury Management payables products for clients.
  • Facilitate weekly status calls with clients and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Create, manage, and update project plans, agendas, and meeting minutes.
  • Coordinate across internal departments, external clients, and third-party vendors to ensure project milestones are achieved on schedule.
  • Escalate potential obstacles and communicate project status clearly and effectively.
  • Champion project management best practices to drive efficient onboarding experiences.
