Summary: The Level I Client Implementation Project Manager supports the successful onboarding of teleradiology and technology platform clients by executing assigned project tasks and providing coordination across internal teams and customers. Operating under the guidance of senior staff, this role is ideal for individuals interested in developing expertise in radiology workflows, clinical integrations, and client delivery. Success in this role is demonstrated through accurate project tracking, timely task execution, growing technical and clinical competency, proactive communication, and consistent contribution to on‑time, high‑quality go‑lives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manage and execute assigned implementation projects, proactively escalating risks or blockers as needed Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date project records including status, tasks, timelines, and milestones Document and manage project decisions in accordance with department standards and best practices Support workstreams across 10–20 concurrent implementation requests (average duration 90–120 days) Facilitate internal and client meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, capturing minutes, and driving task follow‑up Coordinate and oversee testing and validation of RIS, PACS, and EHR integrations (HL7, DICOM), ensuring readiness and issue resolution prior to go live Support user provisioning, training preparation, workflow configuration, go‑live logistics, and post go live monitoring Deliver a high‑quality implementation experience through thoughtful planning, clear communication, and responsive support Qualifications/Education: Experience in project management, implementations, client delivery, and/or task coordination (preferred) Experience in healthcare, radiology, and/or patient‑care environments (preferred) Associate degree or higher in healthcare, technology, project management, or a related field (preferred) Strong cross‑functional communication skills and comfort collaborating with technical and clinical teams Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities Demonstrated ability to organize tasks, manage competing priorities, and maintain strong attention to detail with a results‑oriented mindset Ability to quickly learn new systems, applications, and clinical technology workflows Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, basic Excel) Ability to lead discussions, drive clarity, and help guide teams toward shared deliverables Ability to travel domestically approximately 1–2 times per year Job Classification: Sedentary - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently. A sedentary job involves sitting most of the time.
