The Client Implementation Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their onboarding journey, from contract signing through go-live and transition to the Client Success team. This role is critical in helping clients realize value quickly through successful, timely, and high-quality implementations of the KlariVis application. The Client Implementation Project Manager leads the full implementation lifecycle and drives cross-functional coordination across Sales, Data, Client Success, Development, and Quality Assurance teams to deliver a seamless client experience. This individual is responsible for developing and executing implementation plans, managing multiple projects simultaneously, communicating clearly with both internal and external stakeholders, and proactively identifying and resolving project or data-related challenges. This role requires strong project management skills, excellent client relationship management, technical aptitude for data validation and mapping, and the ability to navigate complex implementations with professionalism and urgency. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, solutions-driven, and committed to delivering an exceptional onboarding experience for every client. Requirements

  • 3+ years of project management experience
  • Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong communication, organization, and client relationship skills
  • Ability to identify risks, solve problems, and drive projects to completion
  • Technical aptitude with data validation, mapping, and system configuration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders

Nice To Haves

  • Financial institution experience preferred
  • Knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau preferred
  • Knowledge of SQL Server or other query tools preferred
  • Familiarity with financial industry applications and query systems preferred
