Requirements

  • Excellent written and oral English
  • At least a year of experience supporting clients or handling client communication
  • Assertive and confident in decision-making
  • Extroverted and ability to engage confidently
  • Empathetic, friendly, and attentive communication style
  • Competent in general administrative and office software/tools

Responsibilities

  • Handle various administrative tasks as needed
  • Maintain clean, organized, and up-to-date client records
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients
  • Ensure client satisfaction and gather insights for improvement
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met
