This position is for a Client Financial Services Representative who will leverage customer service skills as the first point of contact for clients, advisors, and business partners in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. The role involves receiving business training to serve as the primary contact for service issues, requests, policies, procedures, account information, and self-service issues. Responsibilities include communicating directly with clients and advisors to research questions, open issue resolution cases, and resolve minor problems over the phone, as well as educating them on the company's systems, processes, and policies. The company also supports professional development through a company-sponsored training program to help attain FINRA SIE, FINRA Series 7 & Series 63 licenses.
