Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine client-first mindset

  • Strategic thinker with sound judgment, attention to detail, and strong analytical abilities
  • Willingness to obtain a state Life & Health insurance license (full training and licensing sponsorship provided)

Nice To Haves

  • Sales, customer service, or financial services experience is a plus — but not required
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or related field preferred (not mandatory)
  • Bilingual abilities are highly valued and a strong advantage

Responsibilities

  • Proactively build and maintain strong client relationships through networking, referrals, and outreach
  • Meet with clients to gather and analyze financial information, goals, and risk tolerance
  • Design personalized strategies for retirement planning, education funding, wealth protection, and estate planning
  • Present and recommend a broad range of financial solutions, including life insurance, annuities, mutual funds, and other investment options
  • Guide clients through implementation and conduct ongoing reviews to ensure strategies stay aligned with their evolving goals
  • Partner with fellow New York Life professionals to deliver comprehensive, holistic financial solutions
