Candidates should be within driving distance of the Cedar Knolls, New Jersey Office

Requirements

• Highly organized and detail-driven
• Ability to prioritize tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Adobe Acrobat
• Familiarity with SharePoint
• Organized and timely deliverables
• Accountability and ability to receive & learn from constructive feedback

Responsibilities

• Work closely with finance analysts to identify invoicing amounts
• Support the team in generating and sending client invoices
• Facilitate payment of client invoices due in line with corporate policies
• Escalate collections concerns to management whenever necessary
• Maintain client information records in conjunction with client financial analysts
