About The Position

At Volvo Cars Sugar Land, we are rebuilding our client experience from the ground up and we are looking for people who understand what it means to make someone feel genuinely cared for. This role is not about pressure. It is not about chasing numbers. It is about being the kind of person a guest trusts the moment they walk through the door. If you have ever worked in luxury retail, hospitality, concierge services, or technology and you take real pride in how people feel when they leave your presence we want to meet you. You are the first impression and the last memory. When a guest arrives, you welcome them not as a transaction, but as a person. You learn what they need, guide them through our vehicles and technology, and create an environment where they feel completely at ease. When it comes to negotiating numbers, our leadership handles that. Your role is the experience — before, during, and after the purchase. When a client drives home in their new Volvo, you are the one who makes sure everything is set up perfectly — their phone synced, their safety features activated, their seat and mirrors adjusted, every question answered. That delivery moment is your signature. We have found that the best people in this role come from places you might not expect. Luxury retail — you understand that every client deserves the same attention regardless of what they are carrying or driving. A 20-year-old car gets the same respect as a brand new one. That consistency is non-negotiable here. Hospitality — you read a room. You know when someone needs information and when they need space. You make people feel like the most important person in the building. Technology — you love showing people what their devices can do. The idea of walking someone through a fully connected Volvo excites you rather than intimidates you. Concierge or guest services — you anticipate needs before they are spoken. You solve problems quietly and make the experience feel effortless. You do not need automotive experience. We will train you on everything. What we cannot train is the genuine desire to serve people exceptionally well.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome every guest with genuine warmth and professional presence
  • Guide clients through Volvo vehicles and technology at their pace — never rushed
  • Conduct immersive test drives and personalized product demonstrations
  • Collaborate with our leadership team to ensure a smooth, transparent purchase experience
  • Deliver a world-class ownership handoff — vehicle setup, connectivity, safety systems, and beyond
  • Follow up with clients after delivery to ensure complete satisfaction
  • Represent the Volvo brand at the highest standard in every interaction
