When it comes to negotiating numbers, our leadership handles that. Your role is the experience — before, during, and after the purchase. When a client drives home in their new Volvo, you are the one who makes sure everything is set up perfectly — their phone synced, their safety features activated, their seat and mirrors adjusted, every question answered. That delivery moment is your signature. We have found that the best people in this role come from places you might not expect. Luxury retail — you understand that every client deserves the same attention regardless of what they are carrying or driving. A 20-year-old car gets the same respect as a brand new one. That consistency is non-negotiable here. Hospitality — you read a room. You know when someone needs information and when they need space. You make people feel like the most important person in the building. Technology — you love showing people what their devices can do. The idea of walking someone through a fully connected Volvo excites you rather than intimidates you. Concierge or guest services — you anticipate needs before they are spoken. You solve problems quietly and make the experience feel effortless. You do not need automotive experience. We will train you on everything.
