Up to Par Cleaning is growing and seeking a highly organized, detail-driven professional to support client experience, operations, billing accuracy, and team communication. This is not a basic receptionist role. This position directly supports revenue growth, scheduling efficiency, and client satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and provide estimates
  • Respond to ALL leads (portal, Yelp, email, text) within 24 hours
  • Schedule walk-throughs and cleaning appointments
  • Follow up with new and recurring clients to ensure satisfaction
  • Resolve client concerns professionally
  • Document all client communication accurately
  • Schedule repeat and one-time cleanings
  • Maintain schedules at least two weeks in advance
  • Communicate job details to cleaning teams
  • Manage Airbnb bookings
  • Make confirmation and reminder calls
  • Maintain daily team communication
  • Ensure rate logs and add-ons are accurate
  • Review and process invoices daily
  • Charge cards on file and send invoices promptly
  • Reconcile discrepancies
  • Protect company revenue through accurate documentation
  • Assist with applicant screening and interview scheduling
  • Support onboarding paperwork and documentation
  • Maintain employee records and performance tracking
  • Assist with recruiting ads and training coordination
