About The Position

We are seeking a Client Experience Representative who will be responsible for end-to-end client support. The client base that is serviced consists of beginner, novice and sophisticated traders that require a unique level of support. The position will be responsible for client education, client support, platform troubleshooting, and product support. The candidate will be expected to work as a liaison to Sales, Operations and other departments to ensure resolution to all customer requests and issues in a timely fashion. This is an on-site position in our Plantation office at 8050 SW 10th Street, Suite 2000, Plantation, FL 33324.

Requirements

• Ability to learn multiple trading platforms in order to handle technical questions in regard to trading as well as software support
• Ability to work in a fast paced and interactive environment
• Familiar with customer account procedures to assist with client inquiries
• Bachelor’s degree required
• SIE, Series 7, 63 and 3 licenses, or must be acquired within 90 days

Responsibilities

• Resolve client inquiries via email, chat, and phone
