You will play a key role in ensuring every client visit runs smoothly, supports our brand story, and delivers a world-class experience from start to finish. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, paired with outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities. This role requires confidence in engaging with clients and executives, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and scheduling tools such as Salesforce and Outlook.
