About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused professional to lead and enhance the experience of our portfolio of clients. In this role, you will build strong, long-lasting relationships, proactively address client needs, and ensure satisfaction across multiple touchpoints. You will lead a team of direct reports, guiding them in developing client partnerships, optimizing communication, and delivering exceptional service. The position requires strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and a focus on measurable outcomes. Remote work provides flexibility while keeping you closely connected to clients and internal stakeholders. Success will be measured by client satisfaction, retention, and the achievement of both individual and team goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; minimum 6 years in client relationship management or client success, including engagement with senior executives.
  • Excellent communication skills (listening, speaking, writing) with a client-first mindset.
  • Proactive problem-solving and initiative to anticipate and address client concerns.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to ensure effective coordination and issue resolution.
  • Project management and organizational skills to oversee onboarding and client projects successfully.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently while meeting team goals.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel; CRM experience preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% for client meetings and team events.
  • Positive, methodical, and growth-oriented mindset.

  • RHIT or RHIA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring their voice is heard and needs are met.
  • Deliver high-touch client management, communication, and support to maintain strong satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to transform clients into advocates.
  • Monitor client health and proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
  • Conduct onboarding, training, and ongoing guidance for new and existing clients.
  • Provide insights and performance metrics to clients, translating data into actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve client issues and identify opportunities for service improvement or expansion.
  • Lead and develop a team of at least two direct reports, fostering professional growth and a culture of excellence.
  • Track and document client activity in CRM systems and other internal platforms.
