Farther's advisory team is growing, and so is the scope of what it takes to deliver a truly exceptional client experience. This role sits at the intersection of client operations and advisor support, purpose-built for a senior Managing Director who serves high-net-worth families, executives, and entrepreneurs across complex financial planning needs. You'll be embedded in Farther's Client Experience team while dedicating your focus to one advisor. Your time splits between two tracks: CX operations and handling client service requests, account work, and platform-side execution. As well as direct advisor support, including business development, prospect outreach, event coordination, and the day-to-day tasks that let your advisor stay focused on clients and growth. This is a high-ownership role for someone who's proactive by nature, comfortable in a fast-moving environment, and genuinely excited about building something. If you're on a CFP or CFA track or already have it and you're looking for a path toward relationship management, this is a strong launchpad.
