About The Position

We’re seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Client Experience Coordinator to join our Norwell showroom team. This role is the first point of contact for clients and plays a key part in ensuring a seamless and professional customer experience.

Requirements

  • Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Outlook and calendar management skills
  • Experience with ERP/CRM systems (training provided)
  • Ability to manage a multi-line phone system
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multitask

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome all showroom clients with a professional, friendly demeanor
  • Answer and direct incoming calls; take messages as needed
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and warehouse staff
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting showroom environment
  • Monitor and restock office and showroom supplies
  • Maintain open order reports for the sales team
  • Manage Sales Associates’ calendars and appointments
  • Process returns, damage claims, and shipping issues
  • Handle showroom payments and daily cash reconciliation
  • Coordinate delivery scheduling with the Branch Manager
  • Assist with warranty claims and showroom events as needed
