Responsibilities
- Creating an exceptional client experience warmly greeting families, making them feel at home, and setting a positive tone for their session.
- Supervising children and engaging with families keeping young clients entertained and ensuring a smooth, enjoyable process.
- Managing studio operations maintaining an immaculate studio space, supporting staff, and assisting with session logistics.
- Providing top-notch hospitality offering refreshments, anticipating client needs, and delivering a concierge-level experience.
- Taking initiative stepping up to solve problems, staying two steps ahead of client needs, and making sure everything runs effortlessly.
