About The Position

The Client Experience & Cleaning Team Member serves as the face of Honestly Clean in the Kentucky region. This role ensures exceptional client experiences, structured walkthroughs, field readiness for cleaners and operational alignment. Client Walkthrough Specialist Conduct structured walkthroughs for new and existing clients. Document square footage, priority areas, problem spots, and access instructions. Take photos/videos and submit walkthrough report within 24 hours. Ensure all client expectations are clearly documented. Does NOT provide pricing or quotes. Customer Service Lead (KY Region) Serve as first point of contact for Kentucky client concerns. Follow up after first clean to ensure satisfaction. Escalate minor complaints within company policy. Assess and reschedule re-cleans when necessary. Field Readiness Coordinator Ensure cleaners have supplies and working equipment. Confirm access instructions and job notes are accurate. Report supply needs weekly to management. Identify potential operational gaps before they impact service. Honestly Clean LLC Brand Ambassador Represent Honestly Clean professionally in all interactions. Attend networking meetings as assigned. Maintain confidentiality regarding pricing and internal matters. Uphold company culture and standards in the field.
