SUMMARY The Cleaning Team Member will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the facility, ensuring a safe and inviting environment for our Team Members and guests. The individual takes pride and pleasure in a job well done and knows they are a key performer in maintaining an immaculate and inspiring space. They are helping to maintain the beautiful environment we work within every day and the environment that our guests will associate as L.L.

Requirements

  • Reliable, responsible, honest, and focused on supporting the team at all times.

  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects as necessary.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
  • Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services

Responsibilities

  • Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas.
  • Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated receptacles.
  • Follow safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Notify leadership of any maintenance or repair needs.
  • Assist with special cleaning projects as needed.
  • Any other duties as assigned by Team Leader or Shift Lead.
