The CXT Analyst plays a key role in supporting Empyrean’s client experience strategy by building and executing data-driven insights that strengthen decision-making across the organization and our clients. This role is critical in enhancing Empyrean’s reporting, analytics, and survey capabilities by collaborating across the CXT team, Product, Client Services, and other internal departments. The Analyst will be responsible for supporting the broader team’s reporting needs, developing and auditing client-level data, building and analyzing surveys, and enhancing key reporting deliverables such as AE election analysis. This position will also contribute to forecasting efforts, streamline queries, and support dashboard development in Tableau and Power BI.
