About The Position

Client Executive – Relationship Builder. Problem Solver. Insurance Superhero. We're looking for a Client Executive who loves helping clients, and can anticipate needs before anyone even says them out loud. If you enjoy being the go-to expert, keeping things running smoothly, and partnering with Sales Executives to make sales happen—this role may be for you. Drive the Client Experience Review policies and contracts with a sharp eye. Dig into loss data, spot trends, and help clients stay ahead. Oversee claims, project experience mods, and conduct quarterly claims reviews. Be the Sales Executive's Secret Weapon Prep proposals, renewals, and client materials that look sharp and tell the right story. Identify opportunities to round out accounts and add value. Join meetings with prospects and clients—helping plan, strategize, and follow through. Keep workflows on track and make sure nothing slips through the cracks. Collaborate Like a Pro Build strong, trust-filled relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams. Gather insights, negotiate terms, and make sure clients get the best options. Visit clients when needed to strengthen relationships and deliver value. Partner with internal teams to stay aligned and ensure amazing service. What Sets You Apart: 5–7+ years of commercial insurance agency experience supporting complex accounts. A solid understanding of underwriting, claims, and loss control. A Property & Casualty license (or willingness to get one within 90 days). Bonus points for designations like ARM, CIC, CPCU. Strong tech skills—especially Microsoft Office, AMS systems, and ImageRight. A natural ability to solve problems, stay organized, and juggle competing priorities. Requirements
