Align HCM is looking for a Client Executive to drive new business sales for Dayforce implementation, optimization, and managed services. This role focuses on new logo acquisition, full-cycle sales, and client engagement with mid-market to enterprise organizations (500 to 10,000 employees) across the US and Canada. You will partner directly with Dayforce account executives to identify and close implementation opportunities within their pipeline, while also building your own pipeline through direct prospecting and partner-referred leads.
