About The Position

The Client Engineering Support Specialist provides hands-on technical and operational support related to IT asset provisioning, receiving, logistics coordination, evaluation, and lifecycle tracking. This role plays a key part in ensuring devices are configured, documented, and deployment-ready to support clinical and operational teams. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage physical asset workflows in a fast-paced, process-driven environment. The specialist will work closely with client stakeholders and Visions leadership to maintain operational continuity and inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Asset Provisioning & Deployment Support Configure and provision devices in accordance with clients standards Validate functionality and readiness prior to deployment Ensure accurate labeling, tracking, and deployment documentation
  • Shipping, Logistics & Fulfillment Coordination Securely package technology assets for shipment Coordinate outbound shipments using approved carrier accounts Maintain shipment tracking logs and fulfillment records
  • Receiving & Inventory Intake Management Receive and verify incoming technology shipments Document discrepancies, shortages, or damage and escalate as needed Maintain organized inventory intake processes
  • Asset Evaluation & Lifecycle Support Assess device age, condition and usability Support decisions related to redeployment, repurposing, or decommissioning Maintain accurate disposition tracking and reporting
  • Asset Management System Updates Update asset tracking systems with accurate lifecycle data Maintain inventory visibility and record integrity Support standardized asset management workflows
