About The Position

Build and maintain subject matter expertise of processes and solutions related to this role
Resolve customer issues via phone, email or chat by determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution and expediting correction or resolution
Salesforce Cases
Meet personal/team performance targets around phone and case metrics
Send process or performance improvement suggestions to your Support Manager
The work is broken down 80% calls & 20% email and chat

Requirements

• Microsoft Office experience
• CRM experience preferred
• Case Experience
• interpersonal skills via phone, email and chat
• Comfortable working with Chat, Email, & Phone
• Customer support, Email, Chat
• Salesforce
• CRM, MS Dynamics
• Strong Job tenure, no job hopping - must be in last 3 roles for 15 months or more at least
• Technical Skills are needed, troubleshooting expertise

• Would love to find someone who also has tech support experience
