Client Engagement Specialist, Part Time

The Client Engagement Specialist interviews customers by telephone or online video conferencing to collect data on the household goods that will be relocated during their move. This is a part time role, and your work schedule will consist of 10am – 7pm or 12pm – 9pm week days, and a weekend shift.
Requirements
- Professional, positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Exceptional time management and attention to detail
- Be adaptable, flexible and versatile
- High School Diploma or GED
- No prior experience necessary
- Technology Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Competent with Microsoft Teams.
Responsibilities
- Build rapport with customers through friendly, engaging communication
- Input data into company programs
- Follow suggested scripts
