We are a local Health Insurance Agency whose relationships drive our results. We still believe that customer service is the most important thing we do. We have the opportunity everyday to make a difference and help our clients with their health insurance needs. We are looking for someone that shares our customer centered mindset, is a team player and thrives on getting the job done. The Client Engagement Specialist will play an essential role in supporting our book of business, assisting and supporting existing clients and new clients building a level of trust and maintaining long term relationships. You will be surrounded by agents and agency owners who really do care and have had much success in building a strong local agency.

- NYS Life Accident Health License within 60 days of hire
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted support partner for clients throughout their benefits and Medicare journeys
- Deliver proactive, personalized communication that builds deep trust
- Support advisors and internal teams with follow‑through, problem‑solving, and client education
- Help streamline processes and contribute ideas that improve the client experience
- Manage documentation, systems, and client records with accuracy and attention to detail
- Represent the firm’s values of service, compassion, and integrity in every interaction
