As Mutt Data continues to grow, we’re expanding our reach into the U.S. market and looking for a proactive, curious, and goal-driven Client Engagement Lead to help us identify new business opportunities and position Mutt within the data and AI ecosystem 🐶🚀 This role will play a key part in building the top of our sales funnel — generating, qualifying, and nurturing leads that can evolve into strong business relationships. You’ll be at the front line of our growth strategy, connecting with potential clients and helping us amplify Mutt’s presence in the U.S. market. 🚀 What We Do Leveraging our expertise, we build modern Machine Learning systems for demand planning and budget forecasting. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Engagement, Customer Success, or post-sales roles.
  • Proven experience managing existing B2B clients and long-term commercial relationships.
  • Strong ability to engage with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Commercial mindset with experience in renewals, upsell, and cross-sell.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • High level of ownership, organization, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage relationships with existing clients in the U.S. market.
  • Act as the main point of contact for strategic accounts, ensuring a strong and consistent client experience.
  • Deeply understand client needs, business goals, and challenges to maximize value delivery.
  • Lead renewals, contract management, and commercial follow-ups with existing clients.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth (upsell / cross-sell).
  • Monitor client health metrics (engagement, satisfaction, retention) and proactively address risks.
  • Keep CRM fully updated with account status, interactions, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
  • Collect and share client feedback to help improve services, processes, and positioning.
  • Represent the voice of the client internally and contribute to strengthening long-term partnerships.
