Requirements

  • Prior administrative experience in a professional services or CPA firm preferred.
  • ERP or CRM experience
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow structured processes.
  • Comfortable working across multiple systems.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Client Setup & Onboarding Create and maintain new client and engagement records in our ERP and related firm systems. Ensure all required data fields, billing setups, responsible staff assignments, and service area details are complete and accurate. Collaborate with Client Managers and Operations to resolve missing or unclear setup information. Validate client information across systems to ensure alignment.
  • Client Disengagement (Full or Partial) Execute the formal disengagement workflow according to firm policy. Update client statuses, projects, workflows, and document types across multiple systems. Maintain documentation for audit and compliance.
  • Data Quality & Systems Maintenance Process ongoing client/engagement data updates. Perform periodic data audits and cleanup efforts. Support cross-system synchronization initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Support Serve as a resource for staff questions. Partner with Operations, Finance, and IT regarding setup or data workflows. Assist with ERP improvements and data projects.
