About The Position

Defense Holdings, Inc. (DHi) is seeking a Client Engagement Coordinator to manage communications, coordinate client interactions, and support service delivery initiatives. The ideal candidate will ensure clients receive timely updates and support program success. This role requires excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in client services, account support, or administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential client information responsibly.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance may be required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting government contracting or defense clients.
  • Familiarity with client engagement tools and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client requests.
  • Schedule meetings, track deliverables, and maintain documentation.
  • Support onboarding and client training programs.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and client communications.
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
  • Assist leadership with process improvements.
  • Track client engagement metrics and generate reports.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with sales, operations, and client services teams.
  • Assist in improving client processes and communication workflows.
