Overview As Client Enablement Specialist, you engage directly with clients post go-live to ensure confidence, clarity, and momentum in using the Vantaca platform throughout their structured 5-month adoption timeline and ongoing seasonal training during their first year. You provide specialized live training, workflow coaching, and feature adoption support within your functional area of expertise (Admin, Financials, Action Items, or AP/AR). Your focus is on guiding clients through progressive adoption milestones from initial go-live hypercare through advanced feature implementation, database auditing, and seasonal training programs that maximize long-term platform value and create referrable client advocates.
