Learn more on dxc.com. Job Description: Oversee daily operations, client escalation, roadmap delivery, and client engagement. Needs to be on shore for client access. External hire as no resources available with skill set internally. Funded via MW GTCO investment for FY27.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Typically, 8+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3+ years in a similar role
- Proven experience in infrastructure technology management
- Proficiencies in team leadership and project management
- A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
Nice To Haves
- An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
- Relevant certifications, such as ITIL, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or VMware Certified Professional, are a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the infrastructure services team, ensuring efficient and effective day-to-day operations.
- Contribute to the development and execution of infrastructure strategies and initiatives.
- Ensure high availability and performance of infrastructure systems while troubleshooting issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand their infrastructure needs.
- Identify and implement process improvements and best practices in infrastructure management.
- Contribute to the development of infrastructure documentation, including policies, procedures, and reports.
- Assist in optimizing resource allocation for infrastructure projects and tasks.
- Utilize technical knowledge to guide and support the infrastructure team in their work.
