External hire as no resources available with skill set internally. Funded via MW GTCO investment for FY27.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Typically, 8+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3+ years in a similar role
  • Proven experience in infrastructure technology management
  • Proficiencies in team leadership and project management
  • A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology

Nice To Haves

  • An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
  • Relevant certifications, such as ITIL, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or VMware Certified Professional, are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the infrastructure services team, ensuring efficient and effective day-to-day operations.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of infrastructure strategies and initiatives.
  • Ensure high availability and performance of infrastructure systems while troubleshooting issues.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand their infrastructure needs.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and best practices in infrastructure management.
  • Contribute to the development of infrastructure documentation, including policies, procedures, and reports.
  • Assist in optimizing resource allocation for infrastructure projects and tasks.
  • Utilize technical knowledge to guide and support the infrastructure team in their work.
