As the Client Education & Communications Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring Spanish-speaking employees and clients fully understand and engage with their benefits. This position goes beyond translation. It is about building trust, delivering meaningful education, and creating clear communication experiences that empower employees to make confident healthcare decisions. In this role, you will serve as the primary resource for Spanish-language communication across BSI's book of business, partnering closely with account teams to support open enrollment meetings, marketing, and client service, ensuring messaging is accurate, culturally relevant, and aligned with BSI's standards of excellence.
