I am recruiting on behalf of a Warsaw-based consultancy and technology company specialising in pharmaceutical serialisation, supply chain compliance, and digital transformation. Since 2020, they have worked with pharmaceutical manufacturers, CMOs, and MAHs across Europe and Asia-Pacific - a team of around 15 people, punching well above their size in a highly specialised niche. This is not a large corporation. It is a senior, focused team that takes on real regulatory problems for global pharma clients - and they are hiring deliberately, not frantically. This is an outbound sales role. But not the kind where you read from a script and hope for the best. As a Client Development Representative, you are the first voice potential clients hear. Your job is not to close deals - it is to start real conversations. You will be reaching out to pharmaceutical companies across Europe and Asia-Pacific, finding the right people, earning their attention, and handing off well-qualified opportunities to the Account Executive team.
