About The Position

The Client Development Manager (CDM) is responsible for driving growth across Auxis and Grant Thornton’ Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) portfolio by supporting sales pursuits in partnership with Senior Sales Executives, Practice Leaders, Marketing, and Delivery Teams. In addition to this primary responsibility, this position will also play a role in nurturing of deals, supporting growth campaigns and participating in thought leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • 4–7+ years of experience in advisory consulting, delivering client solutions in upper midmarket and enterprise accounts.
  • Experience dealing with CFOs, VPs/Finance Directors, and C-level stakeholders, developing rapport and client relationships as part of their prior roles in advisory.
  • Experience in creating solutions and narratives in support of delivery execution and deliverables, with strong attention to detail
  • Experience supporting commercial activities,s including creation of client proposals, presentations, and LOEs.
  • Strong understanding of Finance Operations (e.g,. AP, AR, GL Accounting),
  • Excellent executive communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of urgency
  • Advanced user of PowerPoint and Excel
  • Interested in a commercial-oriented career
  • Self-driven professional and eager to learn new skills and services

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred),
  • Understanding of Shared Services, BPO models, and/or digital transformation
  • Experience leveraging AI to capture notes, analyze data, solve business problems, etc.
  • Experience in one or multiple of the key industries that we are focused on,n including Healthcare, Financial Services, Retail & CPG, Manufacturing, and Hospitality.
  • Formal sales training in B2B services (e.g,. Solution Selling, Sandler, etc.)
  • Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus given Auxis’ LATAM operations.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Practice & Commercial Leaders, Delivery Directors, and Sales Executives to create and advance new prospects through the full sales lifecycle:
  • Execute qualification calls to understand client needs and profile to determine opportunities. Ability to explain our capabilities, value proposition, and why Auxis + GT is the ideal BPO partner for our clients.
  • Conducting research and strategic analysis on prospective clients to prepare customized meeting materials and executive presentations.
  • Supporting the creation of pricing models, business cases, proposals, and commercial strategies.
  • Drafting Statements of Work (SOWs), contracts, and scope definitions.
  • Managing meeting logistics, follow-ups, and CRM updates throughout the sales cycle.
  • Assisting in reconnecting with prospects that have paused or gone inactive (“prospect reactivation”).
  • Nurture deals through the sales process through consistent and relevant follow-ups.
  • Manage the CRM process for all deals involved.
  • Manage the new account setup process for all deals involved.
  • Develop strong relationships within the Grant Thornton teams in the US to identify and generate interest among existing GT clients to learn more about Auxis services.
  • Assist in the growth of existing accounts by identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities across Finance Transformation, BPO (Finance, HR, Customer Care, etc.), Technology, and Consulting service lines.
  • Sharing GT + Auxis latest thought leadership, upcoming webinars, and conferences
  • Maintaining accurate CRM documentation for contacts, activities, pipeline, and revenue forecasts.
  • Becoming an expert in BPO trends and emerging technologies.
  • Sharing insights and thought leadership with clients and prospects to reinforce Auxis’ trusted-advisor position.
  • Staying active on LinkedIn by posting Auxis content, expanding your network, and engaging with target audiences.
  • Participating in industry conferences, networking events, and webinars to build visibility and connections.
  • Helping qualify and nurture inbound website conversions and digital leads.
  • Supporting and proposing content that resonates with finance and business leaders (blogs, guides, whitepapers, case studies, webinars).
  • Assisting in targeted outreach campaigns to ideal client profiles and key sectors (including Private Equity).
  • Supporting webinar and conference promotion as well as pre-, during-, and post-event lead nurturing activities.
