About The Position

Requirements

  • 5+ years in the employee benefits industry and/or marketing, plus 2+ years of sales experience
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Health/Life insurance license preferred

Nice To Haves

  • bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a sustainable pipeline of prospects through proactive outreach (calls, emails, networking) and effective use of tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, etc
  • Maintain organized prospect lists, qualify leads, and schedule/confirm initial and follow-up sales appointments while preparing materials for meetings and presentations
  • Support business development by contributing to sales strategy, attending trade shows and virtual events, and helping drive new business opportunities and long-term client relationships
