What success looks like in this role: •Establishes a good working relationship with the customer, acting as their primary point of contact. This will require periodic visits on site to visit and meet with the customer Leads large, complex and geographically expansive client implementations. • Establishes, leads and partners with the Service Delivery organization to meet schedules and resolve technical and operational problems. • Ensures the successful planning, implementation and execution of contracted services by: o Meeting cost, governance, performance, quality, innovation and value requirements, o Participating in contract and account governance, o Developing or co-developing annual review of service level agreements. • Effectively interprets complex business requirements and uses them to design and execute improved client solutions. • Proactively communicates industry and company insights and opportunities. • Establishes credibility with clients as a senior thought partner who can help solve their process, operational or technical needs. Provides operational and risk management strategies across accounts and ensures these are adapted and applied by service delivery teams.
