About The Position

The Client Dedicated Payment Services and Corporate Accounting Consultant role is an individual contributor position focused on delivering subject matter expertise in Cash and Corporate Accounting functions across ICE Mortgage Technology Solutions.   • Experience or knowledge of Payment Services integrations (e.g., Lockbox, Digital Banking, ACH)

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates within a team on Payment Services and Corporate Accounting business consulting projects to address specific client requirements and drive measurable outcomes
  • Expertly researches, documents, and clarifies client needs related to assigned functions, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Defines product scope, objectives, and requirements; develops specifications and data models for product development and testing
  • Provides recommendations grounded in best practices and emerging technologies, supporting continuous improvement initiatives
  • Devises and modifies processes and procedures to drive efficiency and address complex business challenges with innovative thinking
  • Conducts system, integration, readiness, and acceptance testing using client data to validate that client needs will be met
  • Engages directly with clients, including on-site visits, to build strong relationships and ensure alignment on project deliverables
  • Leads or co-leads consulting projects, sub-plans, or small engagements; mentors and guides less experienced team members
  • Plays a key role in training clients and technical support teams on enhancements, new processes, and best practices
  • Negotiates solutions and requirements with stakeholders at all levels, demonstrating strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
