Oregon Provider is seeking a highly organized and professional Client Coordinator to manage client referrals, coordinate meet and greets, and ensure seamless communication between case workers, employees, and leadership. This position plays a critical role in the onboarding experience for new clients and requires strong attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment. Referral Management Respond promptly to new referrals from case workers Review referral location and send appropriate DSP bios Track referrals in internal systems Maintain clear communication with leadership Meet and Greet Coordination Schedule meet and greets with case workers Add meetings to Google Calendar and employee schedules Prepare DSPs with clear expectations and professionalism standards Support structured conversations during meet and greets Client Onboarding Administration Set up new clients in internal systems Create and organize Google client files Add clients to TSheets and scheduling systems Register clients within ODDS contracts Maintain accurate documentation and tracking logs Assign tasks within internal management systems Daily Responsibilities Manage email communications Update and maintain the Client Tab Ensure documentation accuracy and confidentiality
