The Client Concierge is responsible for maintaining clients with a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for employees, members, and visitors while serving as the first point of contact at a welcome desk. This role includes greeting and registering guests, managing access to the facility, assisting with opening doors, and providing concierge-style support for clients. The role also involves conducting routine patrols of the building, garage, and parking areas to identify safety hazards, maintenance issues, or suspicious activity and reporting concerns to Facilities Management, third-party security, or local authorities as appropriate.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience.
May require certification or achievement toward certification.
Good communication and observational skills.
High emotional control.
Ability to work independently.

Nice To Haves

First Aid/CPR certified.

Responsibilities

Maintaining clients with a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for employees, members, and visitors while serving as the first point of contact at a welcome desk.
Greeting and registering guests.
Managing access to the facility.
Assisting with opening doors.
Providing concierge-style support for clients.
Conducting routine patrols of the building, garage, and parking areas to identify safety hazards, maintenance issues, or suspicious activity.
Reporting concerns to Facilities Management, third-party security, or local authorities as appropriate.
Performing daily and weekly health and safety checks.
Responding to emergency situations.
Supporting companywide safety programs and drills.
Ensuring all access points are secured at the end of each shift.
Supporting basic oversight of building systems under the direction of the Facilities Manager.
Coordinating mail and package operations including certified mail.
Assisting with delivery and shipping needs.
Ordering office and breakroom supplies.
Providing operational support across departments.
May require coverage at multiple locations and collaboration with various teams to support projects, events, reporting, and general facilities operations.
Ensuring clients with a clean, compliant, and safe work environment.
Working directly with clients to successfully manage multiple needs and deadlines.
Providing proper client guidance as needed.
Working within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision.
Identifying the problem and all relevant issues in straightforward situations, assessing each using standard procedures and making sound decisions.
