We are excited to bring on a Client Communications Business Analyst to support the Business Technology Solutions team as part of the Retail Solutions organization. This will be a Hybrid role with Fort Wayne, IN being the preferred key city location (open to others). Lincoln has progressively improved their project delivery with an adaptive approach utilizing both agile and waterfall project delivery methodologies. In this role, you will have the opportunity to further enhance Lincoln's delivery across all lines of business. As the Client Communications Business Analyst, you will work alongside Business SME(s) in identifying opportunities to implement systems, automation solutions and processes that enable stakeholders in achieving goals. You will develop business requirements, document processes, and assist with and/or contribute to the development of user acceptance testing scripts and testing. As part of your success in this role, you should possess a natural analytical way of thinking, have strong attention to detail, and act as liaison between Technical and Business teams in articulating complex concepts.
