The Client Care Tech (CCT) Manager is primarily responsible for the client's safety, care, social & service support and development. The CCT Manager supervises the Client Care Techs to ensure their duties and responsibilities are carried out according to their job description. This position has oversight to ensure that clients are safe, have all physical needs met, socially engaged and developed through programming. This position has oversight to ensure that the residential units are safe, clean and orderly. The CCT Manager helps address the concerns of staff and interventions with the clients.

Requirements

Candidates must be at least 21 years of age or older
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in management or Human Services related field
2-5 years previous experience as a manager or supervisor
Familiarity with mental health theory and practice
Proficient technology skills utilizing either a Macintosh or Windows platform, including the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) required
Frequently move/lift between 25-50 pounds, depending on assignment requirements
Perform all duties that may require sitting, kneeling, squatting and walking
Manual dexterity and fine motor coordination
If required to operate a company vehicle during employment, must possess a current state driver's license and have an acceptable driving record for the past three (3) years
Ability to pass a criminal background clearance check and a physical exam and TB

Nice To Haves

Current CPR/First Aid Certification
Knowledgeable and sensitive in working with culturally diverse staff and clients
Solid knowledge in social helping and a positive approach to complex mental health issues
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including both oral and written.
Must have strong skills in organization and planning, demonstrated ability to work independently and problem solve
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple people and projects
Ability to prioritize tasks, exercise sound judgment and confidentiality with sensitive information
Ability to establish effective working relationships with staff, community agencies, and consumers

Responsibilities

Supervised by the Director of Programs and/or Executive Director
The Client Care Tech Manager (CCTM) is a role model in behavior and work ethic for the staff and clients
Adheres to Avery's Village, LLC. Employee Policies and Procedures manual
Completes all required training
Maintains the proper staff to client ratio, filling in for shifts as needed
This position supervises the Client Care Tech (CCT) staff
Ensure the duties and responsibilities of the CCT staff are carried out
Assists in creating the staff schedule for the three shifts
Ensure staff completes required training and attends all meetings
Facilitate staff meetings
Monitors the staff performance
Regularly communicates with staff
Conducts weekly supervision with the CCT
This position is responsible for the residential units
Supervises the Cook for all daily meals and snacks
Ensure the facility is safe, clean and orderly
Monitor and ensure completion of the staff chore checklist
Fill out Work Order Form when a unit is broken, damaged or in need of repair
Hold emergency drills
Check out equipment to the clients and staff
This position is responsible for the clients
Oversee the client's safety, care, social & service support and development
Seek and schedule developmental programming at the facility for clients
Maintains and enforces the Level system
Help with the intake of new clients
Perform regular head counts
Assist with interventions with the clients
Assist with client's transportation
Assist with client's medication
Check the client's completion of their daily chores and responsibilities
Assist with monitoring client's phone calls and visitations
Performs other duties assigned by the Director of Programs or Executive Director
