About The Position

Part-Time Job Role Purpose: To convert leads into appointments, nurture prospects until ready, and deliver outstanding client care before, during, and after transactions. This person is the voice of the team, ensuring every lead and client feels heard, valued, and guided.

Responsibilities

  • Nurture existing leads, qualify quickly, and set appointments.
  • Maintain ongoing touch with pipeline leads until they’re ready to act.
  • Stay in touch post-closing, celebrate milestones, and keep relationships strong.
  • Drive referrals and repeat business through consistent care.
  • Respond to all inquiries in a timely.
  • Review CRM follow-up tasks.
  • Log all communication notes.
  • Track pipeline dashboard (contacts - appts - conversions).
