Compensation: $20.50 - $23.50 per hour, based on skillset and experience. Double-time pay for working Ethos Observed Holidays!

Requirements

  • 2+ years of veterinary experience (GP, ER, or specialty required - animal handling alone does not qualify).
  • An excellent communicator who can relay information clearly, compassionately, and confidently.
  • Organized, detail‑driven, and able to stay ahead in a fast‑moving environment.
  • A proactive team player who builds strong, positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Steady under pressure and comfortable supporting clients during urgent or emotional situations.

Responsibilities

  • Welcoming clients
  • Checking in patients
  • Coordinating with our medical team to keep the flow of appointments and emergency cases running smoothly
  • Handling a high volume of phone calls
  • Managing updates through our callback system
  • Supporting check‑outs, estimates, and financial transactions
  • Staying in constant communication with technicians and doctors to ensure clients receive timely updates and clear guidance
  • Follow‑ups and post‑visit tasks that help families feel supported even after they leave the hospital.
