About The Position

We are growing our team! Our local home Inspection company is looking for an extremely organized, smart, tech-savvy, self motivated Office Administrator. Monday - Friday from 8:30AM - 5:15PM. This role is perfect for someone who is friendly, a highly skilled multi-tasker, has excellent phone skills and enjoys keeping things running behind the scenes.

Responsibilities

  • Answering busy phones & talking with clients.
  • Scheduling home inspections & managing the schedules of all field staff.
  • Tracking multiple variables and keeping everyone informed.
  • Handling Office paperwork.
  • Supporting our marketing and social media team
