About The Position

We are seeking a responsive, detail-oriented Client Care Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for individuals and families calling for support. This is a high-volume call center role focused on delivering a calm, organized, and compassionate customer experience. You will guide callers through next steps, answer questions clearly, and ensure all information is documented accurately and efficiently. Requirements

  • Call center, healthcare coordination, or high-volume customer service experience
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Ability to remain organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfort working within structured processes and performance standards

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare or insurance knowledge
  • Spanish fluency

Responsibilities

  • Manage 60–80 inbound calls per day
  • Provide clear, accurate information about services and next steps
  • Guide callers through structured intake conversations
