About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and organized Client Care Schedule Coordinator with knowledge of the IHC industry to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Klamath Falls, Oregon. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling and providing administrative support in the day-to-day operations of our organization. This position is a team based role and offers an attractive wage of $18 to $19 per hour, paid biweekly.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience with IHC or Health Care Industries
• Proficient in computer software such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team

Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to incoming calls, emails, and postal correspondence
• Provide support to our IHC Division
• Create Client and Employee Files, organize important documents
• Assist with various onboarding duties
• Assist with scheduling
• Reviewing daily care logs to verify compliance with state licensure
• Speaking with various community partners and new client inquiries
• Other office duties as assigned
