Requirements

  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate information
  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • Must have the ability to pass a background check

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ years of call center experience is preferred !

Responsibilities

  • Answering inbound calls from both existing clients and potential customers eager for assistance
  • Build rapport, listening attentively to concerns and creating a sense of trust
  • Schedule appointments for clients and dispatch technicians
  • Document and process customer requests, ensuring every detail is handled accurately
