Client Care Representative
About The Position
Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Winchester is growing and looking to add a Client Care Representative to join our customer-focused team. This top performing individual will be based out of our Winchester location. This role is all about making a great first impression-answering phones quickly, accurately booking service calls, handling all aspects of lead qualification and introducing customers to our valuable club membership program. Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Self-motivated, driven to provide exceptional customer service, active listening, communication skills with attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency with computers and strong typing skills.
- Prior experience in a high-volume call center or similar customer service role
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of scheduling/dispatch software: Service Titan or other scheduling software is a plus
Responsibilities
- Receive incoming calls in professional & courteous manner while providing excellent customer service
- Scheduling appointments and dispatching technicians
- Maintain sales friendly mindset to explain & promote our club memberships.
- Complete work orders & return customer calls
- Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions
