Requirements

  • At least 2 years of proven sales success
  • Experience in home care and/or in other related healthcare businesses
  • Must be well versed in the challenges of healthcare/aging and capable of providing expert guidance to potential clients.
  • Must be detail oriented and compassionate about assisting families with the utmost of integrity.
  • Must be energetic, strategic, and a team player.
  • Must have excellent communication skills and a presentation that reflects our quality brand.

Nice To Haves

  • Established referral relationships in Palm Beach County, strongly preferred
  • College degree preferred
  • Nursing degree preferred but not essential

Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with case managers, social workers, physicians, and other key referral sources.
  • Increase monthly revenue through both making cold calls and scheduled meetings.
  • Meet with families and/or potential clients in person to conduct assessment, explain the details of our services, and to recommend options.
  • Log all activity in Salesforce
  • Participate in weekly sales call via Zoom
